Brick Lane Food Festival

London's super hip neighbourhood, Brick Lane, world-famous as a home to the curry outside of India, celebrates its cuisine. This year its restaurants are taking part in the Brick Lane Food Festival, with new menus offering authentic Bangladeshi and Sylheti dishes. The food festival runs for a whole month throughout December and into the New Year, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of Bangladeshi independence.
