From 15 to 18 October a host of celebrity chefs will be in Taipei for 4 days of four hands dinners, feasting and culinary performances at #ICSA.
A host of top chefs will be descending on Taipei this October to celebrate this year’s International Chefs Summit Asia 2018 in partnership with Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino.
A total of 18 celebrity chefs, from 8 major cities across Asia will be in the city to cook 4 gourmet feasts, 2 summits and culinary performances, from 15 to 18 October at the Taipei Marriott Hotel.
The unmissable four-day celebration showcases the best tastes of Asia with visiting chefs like Bombana from Hong Kong and Takada from Osaka cooking alongside a selection of homegrown talent.
Highlights include two unmissable "eight-hands" dinners on 15 October with Chef Takeshi Fukuyama, Chef Luca Fantin, and Chef Kirk Westaway and pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorani in a fusion of French and Japanese cuisine, Italian flavours with British flair.
October 16th sees the second eight hands dinner when Chef Takada from Osaka, Mingoo Kang from Seoul, and Chef Ton and 80/20’s Chef Hoshina from Bangkok collaborate to deliver Asian “innovative” cuisine, with the creativity and unique flavours by top chefs from Japan, Thailand and Korea in one meal.
Other events include "Asian Chefs” and media “Daily Feast", honouring Taepie's Michelin starred cuisine and featuring Taiwanese ingredients as well as the "ICSA X San Pellegrino" event featuring limited edition presentations and three celebrity chefs showcasing three dishes of "Clouds", "Earth" and "Bubbles" in modern dishes.
