In case the world really does end in 2012, just like the Mayans professed, a group of Mexican designers have come up with a survival kit for foodies that includes essentials like chococolate and liquor.
Simpy called Just In Case, the survival kit was crafted and designed by Menosunocereuno, an advertising agency based in Monterrey. The kit includes a bottle of water, a knife and matches so you can stay hydrated while hunting and cooking up your catch of the day.
It also packs a notebook so you can pen your survival memoir. Special treats for foodies include an exquisitve bar of Mexican dark chocolate sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and a bottle of Mayan liqueor from Casa D-aristi in Yucatan. That way you can celebrate in style.
Encased in a cheery yellow box, Just In Case also packs some humor. Every tool in the survival kit stamped with the words ''Happy 2012'' so you can stay positive in the face of disaster.
