Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa is known for his artistic blend of East and West, fusing traditional Japanese cuisine and French culinary techniques. His spring menu focuses on fresh flavors, sustainable seafood and beautiful presentation.
Some of the intriguing dishes include butter disguised as moss, beef with ice sake (pictured above), fried Fugu blowfish and cream puffs and macaroons.
