The World’s 50 Best Restaurants have announced they will launch a new award at the upcoming ceremony in New York. The new award, sponsored by Ferrari Trento, will focus on hospitality and recognise a restaurant that provides excellence in service.
They say they are looking for a restaurant that has “elevated its service to create a unique experience, engaging its guests in a comfortable yet stimulating atmosphere.” The winner will be chosen by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ jury and will be awarded at the upcoming awards in New York.
William Drew, group editor of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, said: “Hospitality is, of course, central to any great restaurant experience and we are thrilled to be celebrating this crucial aspect of the business.” The World’s 50 Best Restaurants ceremony will take place June 13th at Cipriani Wall Street, New York.
