During our encounter with Andreas Larsson in Bordeaux, France, FDL had the opportunity to learn about the sommelier’s taste – and not just with regards to food and wine.

For example, what’s a piece of music that he would suggest as a perfect accompaniment to fine dining (and drinking?).

Larsson didn’t have to think twice: «The Goldberg Variations, as played by Glen Gould in 1955. It’s the best pianist ever, playing Johann Sebastian Bach, the best composer ever.» Have a listen here and see if you agree.
