Jimmy Kimmel is at it again, pestering the U.S. public and testing their knowledge when it comes to Gluten - more specifically - if they actually know what it is.
With many people unable to eat gluten because of intolerances, the rise of gluten free products and people avoiding gluten is also increasing.
With this in mind, Kimmel set out to discover just how many people in LA know what gluten is and what products it’s found in.
Take a look at the funny video below - which also explains that Gluten is intact created from two proteins (gliadin and a glutenin) that are found in wheat and other grains such as barley and rye.
