Watch Grant Achatz Read A Bad Review of Alinea

Here’s a great video from Eater with Grant Achtaz reading out a bad review of his Alinea restaurant in Chicago.

It starts with the reviewer instantly calling out the chef by asking: “who does Grant Achatz think he is? The Jay-Z of the culinary world?”.

You may see that Achatz and his executive chef Mike Bagale take the whole the whole thing with a pinch of salt, probably because the review is actually a fake and made up by the two chefs on the spot.
