If you are a fan of Tuscany, a decade ago you may have fallen in love with Under The Tuscan Sun, the romantic comedy that inspired countless dreamers to runaway to Tuscany to start a new life.
The film was based on a memoir by Frances Mayes, an acclaimed writer whose love for all things Tuscan led her to launch her own wine label: Tuscan Sun Wines. The wines are Mayes' homage to her beloved Italian home and are meant to ''express the pleasures of discovery, restoration, and the freshment of the body and soul.''
Each of the seven wines has a charming Italian name meant to evoke different emotions. Among the enological treasures you'll find Abbracio, a white wine named after the Italian word for 'hug,' Toccare le Stelle (touch the stars), a prosecco that's meant for celebrations, and Auguri (good cheer), a festive red wine.
Tuscan Sun Wines come in artistic bottles with beautiful images from Tuscany. On their website you'll find a full description of each wine, along with serving suggestions to help you savor the flavors of Tuscany at home.
