Spinning Plates | A Documentary Featuring Alinea

Spinning Plates takes the viewer inside Achatz's flagship restaurant, which the chef describes as ''a place where food is at once art, at once craft, and at once science.'' Alinea recently swapped kitchens with Eleven Madison Park and ranks 7th in the World's 50 Best Restaurants list.
