The Michelin Guide for The Netherlands 2015 has been released with three new restaurants receiving a two-star rating.
Jonnie Boer’s newest restaurant Librije's Zusje in Amsterdam is the big news, receiving a two-star rating after just over 6 months in operation. De Lindehof in Nuenen and 't Nonnetje in Harderwijk are the other restaurants to receive a two-star rating.
Five new restaurants received their first star with two of them in Amsterdam - adding to the capital’s growing list of gastronomic offerings.
The three star category remains unchanged with De Librije in Zwolle and De Leest in Vaassen retaining their three-stat status. The Netherlands now has 19 two-star restaurants and 79 restaurants with a one-star rating.
