Man Wins $7 Million After Playing Fortune Cookie Numbers on The Lottery

A man in North Carolina has won the lottery by apparently playing a set of numbers he found inside a fortune cookie.

Richard Dyer who recently won $7 million on the lottery says he took his winning numbers directly from a fortune cookie after visiting a Chinese restaurant.

Dyer won the Florida State lottery after playing the Powerball and brought home the $10 million jackpot of which he received $7 million.
