The Dynamic chefs Andreas Caminada and Sandro Steingruber have teamed up to form their own catering company.
Caminanda is one of the youngest three Michelin starred chefs in Europe, building a solid culinary reputation for his work at the Schloss Schauenstein restaurant in Switzerland.
Steingruber is from Ticino and earned his culinary bases working at the Waldhaus Flims hotel and more recently at his own restaurant Epoca.
The duo will launch a catering company called Acasa which means at home. The company will launch in December with food and menus prepared at the Schloss Schauenstein kitchen with Steingruber then going to people's homes and venues to prepare and cook the food in person.
It's an interesting collaboration and will certainly be one to watch if you like the idea of serving up a Caminada / Steingruber dinner at home.
