Italy’s ambassador in the U.S, Lidia Bastianich, visited Expo Milano 2015 this week as the Ambassador of We Women for Expo.
"It’s a bit complicated when you have children, but I would advise any woman to present herself as a professional, without fearing the comparison with men,” said the television star when asked if it was difficult to accomplish all she has accomplished as a women.
Bastianich also spoke about her dual nationality and how she learned many important lessons from her Italian and American heritage.
Many of the things she spoke about during her speech, held at the USA Pavilion, echoed the messages she delivered during her interview with Fine Dining Lovers at Identita Golose.
