Spanish chef José Andrés is always pushing the boundaries of fine dining with his avant garde techniques. Now, the celebrity chef is revolutionizing the kitchen by opening a food truck at a luxury golf resort in Puerto Rico.
The José Andrés food truck serves breakfast and lunch and is located at the Dorado Beach Resort and Club, which is also home to the chef's successful Mi Casa restaurant.
Menu items are a blend of American and Caribbean fare like sandwiches, hot dog and burger - all prepared with a José Andrés twist. The menu also includes sophisticated dishes like gazpacho salad, tortilla flauta, stone crab cocktail and fried oysters. Beverages include sangría, coconut water and Arnold Palmer.
