If film producer Phillipe Rousselet had it his way, celebrated Spanish actor Javier Bardem would play culinary genius Ferran Adrià in the upcoming El Bulli film.
Rousselet told the Hollywood Reporter that the Oscar winner is an ''obvious first choice'' to play the trailblazing chef who catapulted his three Michelin-starred restaurant to worldwide fame.
There's no word yet on whether the actor will take the role so that got us thinking: if Bardem can't play Adriá, who will?
