Join New York bartender Jeff Solomon as he whistles through the classics, mixing, stirring, shaking and garnishing, and offering up plenty of insider tips, as he gets to work on all the favourites from the historical boulevardier, to the legendary Manhattan.
It's a long video, clocking in at around over 30 minutes, but you can easily dip in and out, depending on what you're drinking.
