Better Business: How to Avoid Burnout

How to avoid burnout?

Hattab recommends keeping a stable schedule for the team, and going swimming to switch off; Miller highlights the importance of working in a place worth working in; Canlis lives by the mantra that the team that plays together stays together; and Ibrahim reminds us that even hardworking chefs are human, and as such it's important for everyone to have a work-life balance.
