How to Make Peach Shaped Cookies

What's better than a cookie disguised as a fruit? Not much in FDL's world which is why we like this recipe from Let The Baking Begin so much.

It's for peach shaped cookies and is a really simple recipe to follows. The finished effect, as you can see, is some great looking little cookies.

Marina who runs the blog even suggests adding a sprig of mint to act as the leaf for the peach.

These cookies are vanilla based but you could go for any flavor you want - we really like the idea of playing with guests by giving them a fruit base that's not peach - banana and chocolate perhaps?
