Spanish chef Paco Roncero's upcoming restaurant Sublimotion will dish up more than just a bit of excitement. The Michelin-starred chef is proposing a $2,000 tasting dinner menu with theatrical components that would rival El Somni, the culinary opera created by The Roca Brothers.
Sublimotion is set to open this June at the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and will serve just 12 guests per night. The $2,000 tasting menu would make it the world's most expensive menu, Eater reports.
What can guests expect at Sublimotion?
For one, the restaurant will be a place ''where culinary art and technological innovation come together to create a complete and unprecedented emotional experience," according to the hotel website. Think music, lighting, ambiance and food created to excite all of your senses.
