We've already looked at a number of gingerbread houses on FDL but photographer Henry Hargreaves and food stylist Caitlin Levin takes the art of gingerbread construction to a whole new level.
Juts call him the gingerbread architect. Hargreaves crafts complex structures and building using gingerbread such as his replica of the Tate Modern building in London.
Using icing, gingerbread, cotton candy, candy wrappers, licorice and sugar he did the Guggenheim museum in New York and with gingerbread, hard candy and licorice he made the Louvre in Paris.
This is a whole new breed of gingerbread modeling.
