Gelinaz! Walk With Us London

With news dripping in about the the Gelinaz! culinary collective’s latest venture, WALK WITH US LONDON, we can reveal news about exactly what people can expect from the group.

WALK WITH US is a collection of four events that will take place in cities across the world with London being the first and already sold out location.

The basic idea is to see diners attend events taking place simultaneously at two London restaurants; The Clove Club and Lyle’s manned by Isaac McHale and James Lowe respectively.

A total of 100 guests have already purchased tickets for each dinner, 50 at each.As with all Gelinaz! projects, the theme is collaboration with a total of six guest chefs from the collective cooking at each restaurant. McHale and Lowe will be in charge of preparing four courses each while the remaining guest chefs will paired up at random and will also be in charge of producing four courses.

The twist comes when you realise that each of the pairs and head chefs of each restaurant will be challenged to cook dishes using identical ingredients. With the two diners there will be a total of 100 guests who will each dine on a total of 16 course. Sound complicated? Come on people, this is Gelinaz! - the don’t do things lightly. They also tell diners to expect to be shaken up during their dinner and be ready to 'Walk With Us'.

The remaining cities have not yet been revealed but stay tuned for more news as and when it breaks.
