If you're sick of hurting your hands while you try to grate that giant chunk of parmesan or you just want a little more control when grating in the kitchen then this new design Flexita grater concept will be just the thing for you.
It's flat packed when stored and then folds into a simple box shape that can be perfectly gripped while users grate.
It's made from using a material; called harmonic steel that remoulds into its original shape when bent.
The concept was created by Ely Rozenberg and was the winning entry for the Red Dot Design Award competition.
