Whether it’s some restaurant in a small town in Australia, or a city bistro in South Africa, nothing escapes our attention when it comes to talented chefs preparing beautiful dishes. Amongst our finds this week there is an oyster platter in Brisbane, perfectly cooked pork chops in Sweden, a kangaroo dish in Adelaide, French-Indonesian desserts in London, and salmon in Santa Monica.
