Sometimes just good old fashioned food art catches our eye. No gimmicks, no surrealism, hyperrealism and no fancy camera work, just simple techniques capturing the delicousness of food on paper.
Russian artist Olga Moskaleva has done just, allowing us to indulge our sweet side with her mouth watering paintings of fruit and desserts that look good enough to eat.
The illustrator uses watercolour, paintings and drawings to capture decadent chocolate cakes dripping with icing, towers of macarons and exquisite looking patisserie.
