BROCCOLI SOUP RECIPE
To make a broccoli soup recipe for 6 people you will need:
1 kg (2.2 lbs) of broccoli
2 onions
1.5 liters (1 1/2 quarts) of chicken broth
1 bouquet garni
25 cl (1 cup) of cream
Pepper
Salt

- Start by cleaning the broccoli, shorten the stalks by 5 cm (2 in) and remove the leaves
- Melt the onions over low heat in a knob of butter
- Add the broccoli
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil
-Add the bouquet garni and let simmer 30 minutes
-Remove the bouquet garni, puree the soup
-Add the cream and season with salt and pepper to taste
