Download the Results of Our Better Business Survey

Here at Fine Dining Lovers we want to help chefs, to better equip them for the challenges of the future. That’s why, along with our partners, the James Beard Foundation, The Culinary Institute of America, Black Food Folks, and the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy, we devised the Better Business Survey.

Together, we have distributed the survey to over 2,000 professional chefs in an effort to identify where they feel they lack basic, practical business knowledge. The data collected will help us devise a series of free video resources for chefs to help improve their knowledge base.
