In this new video trailer from the show The Art of Definition - a series that focuses on artisan producers - the Singapore based dessert chef Janice Wong shows off the work she does at her 2am Dessert Bar.

Wong creates a unique form of edible food art using a range of sweet ingredients - in the trailer we see her creating an amazing tower of chocolate from initial sketch to the construction of the piece.
Wong has already received the title of Asia's best pastry chef and this film promises a closer look at just how she creates some of her wonderful pieces.
