How to Make Dalgona Candy: The Honeycomb Recipe
Dalgona is traditionally made by melting sugar in small ladles, then adding baking soda, making the mix bubble up forming the sought-after honeycomb texture.
Next, it's poured out onto a greased metal plate or surface, and pressed into a thin disc, at which point fun shapes of your choosing can be punched out with a cutter. Sounds easy, right?
