Arvind Gangaram Talekar (in the picture) is the representative of the Nutan Mumbai Tiffin Box Suppliers Charity Trust of Mumbai, more commonly known as the Dabbawallas of Mumbai, the association that oversees the five thousand box carriers in Mumbai, who deliver 200,000 meals a day.
In this 20 minute video, Arvind explains the complicated process of a dabawalla’s daily work step by step, with the help of images and graphics.
