The biggest culinary competition in the world, which happens every two years, will take place over two days, inside the Sirha trade fair. Hundreds of chefs and 24 teams from all over the world will be in town to participate in the thrilling “culinary Olympics.” You can check which day your team will be competing.
Each team will be charged with preparing and presenting two dishes, a theme on a plate and a theme on a platter, which will honour both the late Paul Bocuse, the competition founder, and Joël Robuchon, the first and latest Honorary President of the Bocuse d’Or.
Teams will be cheered on by noisy side-line supporters as they push to excel in this gruelling and ambitious challenge that could define both their career and the culinary profile of their country.
Stay tuned on Fine Dining Lovers and you’ll enjoy the action up close and personal as the incredible dishes and platters created in this thrilling world-class competition are paraded out for some of the world’s best chefs to judge.
