Beer lovers of the world, here's a new sweet treat for those times when you can't down a pint: beer-flavored jelly beans.
Developed by Jelly Belly for beer aficionados with a sweet tooth, the candies are being dubbed the world's first beer flavored jelly beans. They were designed to mimic German Hefeweizen ale and have an “effervescent, clean, crisp and wheaty taste”.
The Draft Beer jelly beans took three years to develop and their "iridescent finish makes them look like they've been poured straight from the tap," according to the company.
So far, the verdict is still out as to whether or not the jelly beans actually taste like draft beer. If you'd like to find out if they do you can pick up a 16 oz. bag for $8.99.
