Check out this wonderful new market hall opened just last week in Rotterdam, Holland.
Called Markthal Rotterdam, the eye catching building was opened by Queen Máxima of the Netherlands and is being hailed as a clever way round new hygienic restraints in The Netherlands that mean new open air fish and meat markets must be covered.
The Markthal building, dubbed the Horseshoe, features 100 different market stalls and over 200 apartments with a huge works of art from Durtch artists Arno Coenen and Iris Roskam.
The market promises to operate seven days a week from 9am to 8pm with everything from coffee to cheese, ice cream to biological vegetables.
