This is Are you a real foodie? , the S.Pellegrino community which gathers the world's foodies and some of the most internationally renowned chefs sharing their most exclusive recipes and their kitchen expertise and know-how with the community.
Create your profile, upload your recipe and its related image, and the infinite table will be enriched by yet another dish. Your creation may be next to one by great international chefs like - among the others - Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park), Sven Elverfeld (Restaurant Aqua), the Mexican Jorge Vallejo (Quintonil), Bryce Shuman (Betony) and Mauro Colagreco (Restaurant Mirazur), from Singapore André Chiang (restaurant Andre), and again the Peruvians Diego Muñoz (Astrid&Gaston Casa Moreyra) and Virgilio Martinez (Central) who, from his profile, will greet you with a warm message: “Hi! It is wonderful to be here, to share this experience with you all. I look forward to seeing creative and delicious dishes!”
At the S.Pellegrino fine-dining table you will meet also some great Italian starred chefs like Fabio Pisani, who, alongside Alessandro Negrini, leads the kitchen at Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia (two Michelin stars). Pisani has made available to the Are You a Real Foodie? community some of his most celebrated dishes, like his Risotto Carnaroli all'Olio di Olica di Nocellara con Scampi di Molfetta, as well as other premium content that can only be accessed by signing up.
It's your chance to meet chef Roberto Cerea (restaurant Da Vittorio) who submitted a sea-recipe that will make you lick your chops. The chef, who, together with his brother Enrico boasts three Michelin stars, awaits you with numerous helpful tips for the kitchen.
