Anthony Bourdain gets to try some pretty interesting foods, as the host of the Parts Unknown series the chef has spent a lot of his time travelling the world to hunt out unique dining experiences.
The next episode of Bourdain’s show sees the chef visit New York in the United States where he and Anderson Cooper spend time devouring food in the city.
The video below is a clip from that episode and shows Bourdain and Cooper as they hit up Danny Bowien’s Mission Chinese restaurant.
Bowein is famous for serving some truly Szechuan spiced chicken wings that apparently sent chef Eric Ripert running for the bathroom in fear the first time he ate them.
