The charismatic chef Anthony Bourdain has announced plans to write a new cookbook called ‘Appetites’.
Eater reports that Bourdain will release the book with the Ecco publishers and that it will be focused on home cooking.
It will be the first cookbook from Bourdain in ten years and will offer up a collection of recipes from his travels around the world and his many years working in professional kitchens.
Bourdain has also teamed up with the cartoonist Ralph Steadman who has produced the cover for the book.
The book also promises a pull out that delicts and deconstructs the perfect hamburger with help from the author of Modernist Cuisine, Nathan Myhrvold.
