Last month we brought you the news that Ferran and Albert Adrià were building a new installation for their 41 degrees venue in Barcelona.
Called Frosted Rain, the installation involves over 20,000 crystals that dangle from the roof of the cocktail and snack bar. Lights and sounds are then played at the installation and manipulated by the way it reflects light.
The piece, designed by Javier Milara, is yet another attempt by the Adrias to add off the plate experiences in their venues - giving diners a truly unique feel and personalized view of their restaurant.
The brothers told Fine Dining Lovers in April about their plans to open a similar cocktail and snack bar in London - the first time the Spanish chefs will open a venue in the UK. The video below shows a time lapse of Frosted Rain being created in the restaurant.
There's a ticketing system for those who want to book with prices starting at around 200 euros - tickets can be ordered through the 41 degrees website.
