Three chefs have been named in Forbes magazine’s 30 Under 30 list of the most influential young people across art and culture in Europe for 2018.
Ben Marks, 26, who having previously worked at Operakällaren in Stockholm and with the Noma team during the 2012 Olympics, has now turned his Perilla pop-up into a bricks and mortar restaurant in North London to much acclaim, makes the list, as does Floriano Pellegrino, 27 of the Bros Restaurant in Lecce, Italy, and Davide Caranchini of Ristorante Materia in Como, Italy.
The same list last year featured seven chefs in total, including three S.Pellegrino Young Chef competitors: 2015 winner Mark Moriarty, 2016 and 2018 finalist David Andrés Morera, and 2015 finalist Christian Pettersen.
