Tonight more than 100 chefs with a combined total of more than 200 Michelin stars will sit down for the Dîner des Grands Chefs du Monde held as part of the Sirha World Cuisine Summit.
The annual event will this year honor the legendary chef Paul Bocuse with Alain Ducasse, Massimiliano Alajmo, Pierre Gagnaire, Anne-Sophie Pic and Guy Savoy just some of the star chefs who will attend.
And what do you cook for such esteemed guests? The two Michelin starred Swedish chef Mathias Dahlgren and Matthieu Viannay, a two-star chef in France, will be in charge of creating the amuse-bouche for the aperitif.
Three starred Emmanuel Renaut will produce the appetizers and the three starred American chef Thomas Keller will be in charge of the first course. Alain Ducasse will be in charge of preparing the second course and the dessert.
The dinner will take place at Lyon City Hall.
