Thai Green Papaya Salad

Snake Beans
400 g (long beans)
Sesame oil
2 tbsp
Shrimps
12, peeled and deveined, roughly chopped
Pepper
1 red, cut into strips
Bean sprouts
250 g
Peanuts
100 g, unsalted, roughly chopped
Papaya
1, preferably green, grated
Soy sauce
light
Cayenne pepper
Preparation
Blanch the beans in boiling, salted for about 8 minutes, until al dente.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the shrimps for 1-2 minutes.
Add the pepper, bean sprouts and beans and cook gently for 2 minutes.
Add the papaya and the chopped peanuts and season to taste with soy sauce and cayenne pepper.
