Jalfraizi Meat Curry
Classic Indian and English recipe for meat curry with beef and spices

ingredients
Oil
3 tbsp
Mustard seeds
1/4 tbsp
Cumin seeds
1/4 tbsp
Onion
3 each, sliced
Pepper
3 each, green, chili
Beef
500 g, cut into thin strips
Coriander
1/4 tbsp
Turmeric
1/4 tbsp
Worcester sauce
1 tbsp
Tomatoes
3 each, peeled
Preparation
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the mustard and cumin seeds for about 30 seconds until they begin to crackle. Add the onion and the chili peppers and fry gently, stirring continuously.
Stir in the meat, ground spices, Worcester sauce and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and fry together on a medium heat for a further 3-5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
