Jean-François Piège at the Bastide de Gordes in the Lubéron
Facing the Alpilles mountains, in Lubéron, the stunning village of Gordes will play host to two Michelin star chef Jean-François Piège, who will set up in the Bastide de Gordes from June 15 to October 28. At his Clover Gordes, you can expect to find a cuisine that draws inspiration from his Clover Grill and Clover Green. A rich menu of reimagine Italian dishes with French finesse such as wild squid carbonara, grilled blue lobster and soufflé pizza, will be sure not to disappoint.

Alain Passard, Marc Veyrat, Arnaud Lallement and Christophe Bacquié at Nikki Beach in Saint-Tropez
The Nikki Beach hotel will host four different culinary events on four different evenings over the course of the summer welcoming some stellar names to Saint-Tropez, The first will feature Marc Veyrat, who will prepare a meal based on the ecological principles of La Maison des Bois on July 23. This will be followed by a dinner by three Michelin star Chef Christophe Bacquié who will prepare Mediterranean cuisine and then Arnaud Lallement on August 6 who takes inspiration from Champagne, France and whose food will be served with Dom Pérignon. Closing the event on August 21 will be legendary chef Alain Passard with his usual fruit and vegetable alchemy.

Hélène Darroze at the Villa La Coste in the Lubéron
The Lubéron is again the host, this time of legendary chef Hélène Darroze and her team from her Hélène Darroze restaurant in London who will take up residence at Villa La Coste. Darroze has developed a menu based on the best seasonal produce provided by the garden at Villa La Coste. "I am so delighted to be returning to this area that I love so much, accompanied by my team from the Connaught Hotel. The exceptional artistic decor, wine, and produce from the Villa La Coste have helped me to imagine what I estimate to be a truly seasonal menu, reflecting the joys and flavors that Provence has to offer," she said.
