Herb Marinade
A marinade is commonly used to further the flavour of meat or fish dishes. Try this simple marinade with herbs and spices!

ingredients
Garlic
3 cloves
Shallots
1
Herbs
90 g (rosemary, mint, basil) fresh, chopped
Chili pepper
1 red, deseeded and finely chopped
Olive oil
50 ml
Mustard
1 tsp, hot
Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp white
Preparation
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and shallot.
Combine the garlic, shallots, chili pepper and herbs in a bowl.
Stir the olive oil, mustard, pepper and balsamic vinegar into the herbs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
