Chia seeds

Almond milk
750 ml, unsweetened
Blueberries
280 g
Bananas
2 small, chopped
Avocado
1/2 small, Hass, pitted and diced
Agave nectar
1 tbsp
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Cinnamon
pinch
Ice
225 g, crushed
Preparation
How to make avocado banana smoothie with chia seeds
To prepare a delicious avocado banana smoothie first combine the chia seeds and almond milk in a blender.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients except the crushed ice and blend for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides if needed.
Add the crushed ice and blend for a further minute. Stir well.
Pour the avocado banana smoothie into glasses and serve with straws.
