Preparation

How to Make Red Lentil Curry with Paneer

To prepare an easy red lentil curry with paneer, first heat the butter and gently cook the onions and garlic until soft.

Add the spices and cook for 1 minute.

Add the coconut milk, a little stock and the black lentils, cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Add the red lentils and a little more stock. Simmer for a further 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, adding the remaining stock as necessary.

Remove the curry leaves and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Stir in the paneer before serving the black and red lentil curry.
