White bread
3 slices stale
Cream
200 ml, 30 % fat
2 tbsp, or lemon thyme, chopped
Mint
2 tbsp, chopped
Scallion
1 tbsp, finely chopped
Chicken
600 g
Lemon juice
3 tbsp
Breadcrumbs
6 tbsp
Sesame
2 tbsp, seeds
Preparation
Tear the bread into small pieces and soften it in the cream.
Mix the chicken with the bread, scallions and herbs and season with salt pepper.
With damp hands, form the meat mixture into meatballs.
You should get about 20.
Mix together the bread crumbs and the sesame seeds in a shallow dish and coat the meatballs.
Fry the meatballs in hot oil for approximately 5 minutes browning all sides.
