Gobi Matar
Gobi matar recipe, cauliflower with cumin for an Indian dinner.

ingredients
Cauliflower
200 g
Peas
150 g
Turmeric
3 tbsp
Vegetables
3 tbsp
Cumin seeds
3 tbsp
Chili pepper
1 tbsp
Coriander
fresh
Preparation
Boil the cauliflower florets and peas in a pan of water seasoned with salt and the ground turmeric. Drain well.
Heat the oil in a wide pan, add the cumin seeds and chilli powder and cook until the cumin seeds start to crackle. Stir in the cauliflower and peas and stir until the cauliflower starts to brown.
Serve immediately with sea salt and the coriander to garnish.
