Pastry dough
200 g
Coarse sugar
As needed (or decorator's)
Mascarpone cheese
50 g
Cream
500 g
Sugar
50 g
Strawberries
1,5 basket
Preparation
Roll out the pastry dough and shape two discs, brush them with egg and sprinkle them with the decorator’s sugar.
Put the discs in the oven for 15 minutes.
For the filling, beat the cream with the sugar.
When whipped, beat the mascarpone with the wild strawberries.
Put the filling in between the two discs, add a sprinkle of powdered sugar and serve.
