The Michelin Guide to the Netherlands 2019 has been released with news that there are two new two star restaurants to make the list.
Recently opened Sabero in Roermond with chef Nico Boreas and chef Sycro Bakker's Pure C in Cadzand both join the two star rankings.
There are also 12 restaurants debuting in the one star rating in the new guide, taking the total of one star restaurants in the Netherlands up to 89.
Restaurants De Librije (in Zwolle), Inter Scaldes (in Kruiningen), and De Leest (in Vaassen) each retained their three-star status from the guide's previous edition, with no new three star restaurants joining them as of yet.
