Few days ago The Vegetarian Chance contest, an event supported by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna with Fine Dining Lovers as media partner, crowned Italian chef Daniela Cicioni winner of the competition focused on vegan cuisine.
Eight European chefs gathered at restaurant Joia in Milan to present their best vegan dishes before a grand jury consisting of chef Pietro Leemann; Journalist Paolo Marchi, founder of Identità Golose; science writer Marco Bianchi; environmental expert Lorenzo Sonognini; and Luca Sacchi, a non-vegetarian multi-starred chef.
